March for Life
About this event
March for Life UK is a Christian pro-life organisation which incorporates three main annual events as well as a continuous mission comprising of three key aims.
Raising Awareness
To raise awareness of the hurt and damage that abortion causes and promote the value of every human life from the first moment of conception.
Fostering community
To foster a sense of community within the pro-life movement so that we can come together as one united voice.
Inspiring people
To enthuse, educate and inspire people to become pro-life not just in name but in their actions and so march for life daily.
The actual March itself takes place in London and starts with an indoor pro-life festival in which pro-life organisations from around the country showcase their work along with sessions for children of all ages, talks, testimonies, pro-life games, prayer, music and much more.
We then process through the streets of the capital where we proclaim our central message ‘Life From Conception – No Exception!’. We end in Parliament Square where a stage is set up for our keynote speeches, ending with a solemn time of prayer or remembrance.
If you have never done anything actively pro-life before, this is an ideal first step which is likely to lead you to many more.
